Wei Hui
President
Be fully responsible for the development direction and major decisions of the Society, formulate strategic plans and work guidelines, provide overall leadership and guidance, carry out external exchanges and cooperation on behalf of the Society, supervise the implementation of major decisions, and ensure the orderly promotion and sustainable development of the Society’s work. Graduated from South Anhui Medical College (undergraduate in Western Medicine) and Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (the second degree in Western Medicine). In 1999, the United States Now running a traditional Chinese medicine clinic in Florida, she has been engaged in clinical and communication of traditional Chinese medicine for a long time. She is one of the founders of the American Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has served as executive vice president and executive director for a long time. She once served as the dean of the Online College of the American Federation of Alumni of Traditional Chinese Medicine, hosted more than 400 online academic lectures, and pioneered the WeChat lectures of traditional Chinese medicine. She is currently the president of the American Alumni Association of Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and serves as NCCAOM foundations of Oriental medicine, examination content development committee member.
Wang David

Assist the president in formulating and implementing development strategies, promote organizational optimization and institutional construction, promote cross-departmental coordination, ensure the efficient operation of the society, lead academic affairs, and be responsible for professional training and lecture video production. In 1985, he graduated from Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine with an undergraduate degree, and then obtained a master’s degree in medicine and a doctorate degree from the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing. In 1995, the United States He is currently a clinical assistant professor at Ohio State University School of Medicine. He is engaged in the clinical and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion, and runs a private traditional Chinese medicine clinic. He served as Academic Dean, Clinic Director of the American International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Dean of Oriental Medicine of the American Alternative Medical College, and designed and established the first acupuncture major in Ohio. Helped to establish the acupuncture clinic and teaching of Ohio State University School of Medicine. He founded the Ohio Acupuncture and Moxibustion Society and led it to promote the legislative reform of Ohio Acupuncture and Moxibustion.
Arthur Yin Fan

Responsible for academic research, exchange and promotion, promote the scientific research activities of the society, and organize and publish scientific research results on behalf of the society. Responsible for legal and policy affairs, and assist in system revision and compliance management. He graduated from Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1986 and obtained a bachelor’s degree in medicine and a doctorate degree in this university. Since 2001, the United States Now he opened in Washington, D.C. and northern Virginia, engaged in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine clinical practice. At the same time, he is engaged in acupuncture, experimental research of traditional Chinese medicine and evidence-based medicine. He is the editor of seven SCI medical journals and the deputy editor-in-chief of one of them.

He graduated from Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a bachelor’s degree in medicine and a master’s degree respectively. He used to be a traditional Chinese medicine doctor at Massachusetts General Hospital affiliated to Harvard Medical School and an assistant professor at the New England School of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Gong Changzheng

He is also the dean of the Internet College. Responsible for continuing education, planning and arranging academic lectures, and supervising the volunteer team. Master of Mathematics from Shandong University and Doctor of Economics from the University of Minnesota. Lived in the United States in 1989. Now he works at the American Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine/American Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Center and is the editor-in-chief of the International Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Clinical. He taught “Chinese Economy” and “East Asian Economy” at the University of Minnesota. Later, he founded the American College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the American Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Center. He edited more than 100 works of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion, and wrote more than 700 articles on traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion. His representative works include “I Talk about Traditional Chinese Medicine in the United States”, “Classics and Modern”, “Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Brain”, “The Rise of Acupuncture and Moxibustion”, “Ten Lectures on American Acupuncture and Moxibustion”, etc.
Ouyang Hui

Marlena Ma

She assists with the editing and publication of the World Chinese Medicine Journal (U.S. Edition), public education, and the association’s website development. She holds a master’s degree in Acupuncture and Tui Na from Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington, and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Washington State University. She came to the United States in 1991 and is currently employed in a medical device technology company in Washington State, while also managing a traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic. During her time in the U.S., she has actively participated in the international development of traditional Chinese medicine. In 2022, she served as chief editor of Re-edited and Annotated Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases (Fuling Ancient Edition) and organized donations of this work to libraries of world-renowned universities, as well as academic seminars and lectures on the Treatise on Cold Damage, promoting the study and dissemination of classical TCM texts.
Wang Ning

Wang Ning is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) practitioner who graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and is currently practicing in Illinois, USA. She serves as Director of the Academic Department of the American TCM Association, Vice President of the Aesthetics Society of the American TCM Association, and a member of the Standing Council of the American TCM Association. She is also a board member of the Asian American Acupuncture Association (AAAA) and President of the Chinese Association of Central Illinois.
